How do I get one?
When you complete our short, online form, one of our licensed Relocation Specialists will contact you to get the remaining information needed to send you this FREE gift. When you speak with your agent, be sure to give them any additional information that may help them prepare a custom property report specifically tailored to your needs.
When will I receive it?
You will receive, via U.S. Mail, the official Get Up & Go travel certificate within 30 days. There is NO OBLIGATION to use our relocation assistance, although it will save you time searching the more than 3,000 apartment communities in the greater Houston area. Okay, how do I get started? Effective January 1, 2006

and one of our relocation specialists will be in contact with you immediately to
start the process!
To receive your cash rebate and FREE Fairfield Resorts package (valued up to $560), the following conditions must be met.
A. All applicants over the age of 18 are required to write FreeRentTexas.com or any of its subsidiaries (FreeRentHouston.com, FreeRentDallas.com, FreeRentAustin.com, FreeRentSanAntonio.com, FreeRentCorpusChristi.com, et al) on the guest card and application.
B. Sign a twelve (12) month or longer lease at the property you are moving into.
C. The participating property must pay FRT a real estate commission and consent to the rebate being offered.
- If your monthly rent is more than $500, but less than $750, you will receive a $50 Visa gift card.
- If your monthly rent is more than $750, you will receive a $100 Visa gift card.
