Move-in specials, employer discounts, floorplan amenities, etc. We have extensive experience in the Apartment industry... having us on your side will be a definite benefit. Then when you visit them after speaking with your Relocation Specialist, remember to put FREERENTTEXAS.COM on your guest card and application.
How long will it take to get my reward?
In most cases, you'll receive your reward within 60 days of signing your lease. See the terms and conditions at the bottom of this page for more details. But, you must remember to put FreeRentHouston.com on the application in the section titled: "Why You Rented Here".
Will this make my rent higher?
Absolutely not. In fact, we know what questions to ask in order to make sure you are being quoted the best possible move-in special. It can get confusing when leasing agents start talking about one-month free rent specials with restrictions, partial prorated concessions, no application fees, waived deposits with approved credit, etc... let us help take the frustration out of it.

Effective January 1, 2006
To receive your cash rebate and FREE Fairfield Resorts package (valued up to $560), the following conditions must be met.
A. All applicants over the age of 18 are required to write FreeRentTexas.com or any of its subsidiaries (FreeRentHouston.com, FreeRentDallas.com, FreeRentAustin.com, FreeRentSanAntonio.com, FreeRentCorpusChristi.com, et al) on the guest card and application.
B. Sign a twelve (12) month or longer lease at the property you are moving into.
C. The participating property must pay FRT a real estate commission and consent to the rebate being offered.
- If your monthly rent is more than $500, but less than $750, you will receive a $50 Visa gift card.
- If your monthly rent is more than $750, you will receive a $100 Visa gift card.
EXCEPTIONS If you fail to meet both B and C, you will still receive a FREE 3-day/2-night hotel certificate for the Fairfield Resort of your choice. This promotion is made possible by Cendant Corporation - owner of many well-known travel brands like Travelocity, Budget Rent-a-Car and others.
NOTIFICATION You must notify FRT of your move-in within 30 days via email: reward@freerenttexas.com. Please include your current mailing address for prompt processing.
DELIVERY You will receive your Visa® Gift Card in the month following the month in which we receive payment. For example, if we receive payment in October, you will receive your reward on or around the 15th of November.
